Richard Broughton
Richard Broughton is a Bondi local boxing coach with 25 years experience in the industry. Richard has been training all levels of people from beginners to experienced amateur boxers competing on the amateur circuit for over 15 years.
Boxing has been proven to be one of the most effective methods of training to help you lose weight and get fit.
