Peter has been working as a personal trainer since 2009, nine of those years at Bondi Icebergs. Peter's approach to training is to identify any dysfunctions first, followed by correcting them and then proceed by implementing a bespoke strength & conditioning program. Peter caters to a variety of individuals ranging from ages 12 to 60+ with all different types of goals from weight loss, increasing strength, improving sports performance to improving health and fitness.
