With over 10 years in the health and fitness industry and a background in competitive gymnastics and athletics, Jess helps people feel strong and confident in their bodies through a supportive coaching style, challenging sessions and plenty of laughs along the way.

After transforming her own health through a holistic approach focused on gut and hormone health, Jess is passionate about helping clients build sustainable habits that fit real life. She is also a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, bringing a balanced and intuitive approach to movement that supports both performance and long-term wellbeing.

Rochelle de Luca

Rochelle is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who strives to inspire, educate and empower those on health, training and wellbeing.

Richard Broughton

Richard Broughton is a Bondi local boxing coach with 25 years experience in the industry. Richard has been training all levels of people from beginners to experienced amateur boxers competing on the amateur circuit for over 15 years.

Boxing has been proven to be one of the most effective methods of training to help you lose weight and get fit.

Some of the many benefits are:

Sessions can be 1 on 1 or with a partner. They vary in intensity and skill level. Basic classes start with a warm up and progress into techniques. Classes can also involve students working with a partner on the bags or with mitts, using punching combinations. More advanced sessions can involve high intensity pad and bag work and light-contact sparring drills.
