Peter Kirk

Peter has been working as a personal trainer since 2009, nine of those years at Bondi Icebergs. Peter's approach to training is to identify any dysfunctions first, followed by correcting them and then proceed by implementing a bespoke strength & conditioning program. Peter caters to a variety of individuals ranging from ages 12 to 60+ with all different types of goals from weight loss, increasing strength, improving sports performance to improving health and fitness.

Pete also specialises in:

  • Functional Movement Screening (Level 2)

  • Functional Range Conditioning

  • Is a certified Functional Strength Coach (Level 1)

  • International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Association Coach (Level 2)

  • International Union of Kettlebell Lifting Coach (Level 2)

Melissa Becejski

As a true Bondi local with over 11 years’ personal training experience, alongside a Bachelor of Science (physiology) and a colourful sporting background, Mel knows how important feeling good and looking great can be — not just for the short term, but for LIFE.

With a no-ego, simple and friendly approach to working out, Mel has a high regard for client care and will tailor your workouts and training plan specific to your goals, no matter your fitness level.
