Melissa Becejski

As a true Bondi local with over 10 years’ personal training experience alongside a colourful sporting background, Mel knows how important feeling good and looking great can be - not just for the short term, but for LIFE.

Mel has a strong passion for teaching kickboxing, muay thai & boxing, for all fitness levels. Other specialties include: a strong focus on core strengthening, functional training, sport specific training, prehab/rehab training and aesthetic goals.

With a no-ego, simple and friendly approach to working out, Mel has a high regard for client care and will tailor your workouts and training plan specific to your goals.

Elle has had 16 years experience training in the gym, and is driven to help others achieve their fitness goals.

Elle specialises in weight training, body sculpting, toning, muscle gain, and fat loss. Elle is a two-time Australasian champion for the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) Bikini Competition.
